• Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our email management services
• Classify and prioritize your emails using AI
• Generate smart replies and contextual suggestions
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages

Important: We do not sell, rent, or share your email content with third parties for advertising purposes. Your emails are only processed to provide the Intray service.

4. AI Processing

Intray uses artificial intelligence to classify emails, generate suggestions, and provide context about your email relationships. This processing is done to improve your email management experience. AI models may be provided by third-party services (such as Groq), and email data sent to these services is processed according to their privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google: For Gmail authentication and email access
• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing
• Vercel: For hosting
• Supabase: For database services
• Groq/AI Providers: For AI processing

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

• Revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings

8. Google API Disclosure

Intray's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Intray is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
