By accessing or using Intray ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intray is an AI-powered email management service that connects to your Gmail account to help you organize, classify, and manage your emails more efficiently. The Service includes features such as:

• AI-powered email classification (Important, FYI, Noise)
• Smart reply suggestions
• Auto-Context (relationship insights for senders)
• AI Copilot (suggested actions)
• Email snooze and scheduling

3. Account Registration

To use Intray, you must connect a valid Gmail account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Gmail Access and Permissions

By using Intray, you grant us permission to access your Gmail account to:

• Read, modify, and organize your emails
• Send emails on your behalf (only when you explicitly request)
• Access email metadata and content for classification purposes

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Subscription and Payments

Intray offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to AI features
• Pro Plan ($7/month): Unlimited access to all features
• Lifetime Deal: One-time payment for permanent Pro access (limited availability)

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

6. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without our permission
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Intray and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI Limitations: Our AI-powered features provide suggestions and classifications that may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending any emails.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intray and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
